I guess until you've had your own experiences you truly can't empathize with someone enough.  My passion for helping women has greatly expanded beyond just helping them to achieve and avoid pregnancy into the realm of preconception planning, maternal and prenatal care, breadfeeding support, baby wearing and child care, all since the birth of our daughter.  Having had all these personal experiences, I now have more insight and passion for helping other women.

I started practicing Fertility Awareness in 2005 as my sole method of birth control. In 2007, I started teaching Fertility Awareness to other women.  My first clients were women who wanted to get off artificial, chemical birth control but did not want to become pregnant yet.  Since then my practice has grown and so have the problems that my clients are facing. Now days I see women with progesterone deficiencies, luteal phase defects, endometriosis and infertility to only mention a few issues. In my  never ending quest to find help for these women I've found a company whose products support my mission. This company is Juice Plus+.  

In 2009, I met a doula named Denise Romney and she reintroduced me to Juice Plus+.  This introduction couldn't have come at a better time and here's why: the last trimester of my pregnancy was a roller coaster.  I expericenced a variety of complications due to the fact that my daughter's wasn't gaining weight properly despite my constant food intake.
