I received exciting news this month that my client, G.A., used Fertility Awareness to diagnose her gluten allergy. She was able to correlate chronic pain that she'd been experiencing for years with her food allergy by charting her cycles.

 Here is her story:

I have to say, when I started charting, I was a little weirded out by the whole thing and wondered if it could really make a difference in all the pain I was dealing with.  But I was desperate, so I gave it a try.  When I got to my third cycle of charting, I started noticing patterns with food intake, stress, and shifts in my basal temps and pain levels.  Fertility Awareness helped me put the big picture together to realize where my issues seemed to come from.  I noticed a couple of classic signs of Celiac Disease, so I decided to start "experimenting" with the gluten-free Celiac diet.  And charting through my weeks on the diet has opened my eyes to the effects of this allergic reaction on every organ system in my body, especially my digestive system and hormone!  My hormone balance is now stabilizing -- my temps are higher and more consistent, and my shifts are more obvious.  My skin is clearer than before, my heart rate is lower, and my daily pain is almost completely gone!  I'm still in the detox phase on the diet, so I'm expecting even better changes in the next couple of months.  My next step from here is clear...  I will just keep charting... Go Juice Plus+!  PCOS Client who normally has about 4 cycles per year just had a 44 day cycle - not the greatest but leaps and bounds from where she started and it's all thanks to Juice Plus+!!
