My own personal Fertility Awareness journey has lead me down a path of service to others.  It is my goal to teach Fertility Awareness to as many women and their partners as my lifetime will allow.  Fertility Awareness is a life skill that all women of any age should possess.

It is my passion to guide you to a deeper understanding of your body.  These understandings will open doors for conversations about all aspects of the female body, fertility, love, emotions and so much more. 

Enlisting the guidance of a Fertility Awareness Educator allows you to have a guide in a world where we must be the champions of our own well being. Whether your goal is to achieve or avoid pregnancy or balance your homones , understanding your body is the first step.  You are the key to your success and without a deeper understanding your goals may never be achieved.

Having an experienced Fertility Awareness Educator as a guide will make this lifelong journey an enlightened one.  After learning Fertility Awareness you can take this knowledge and use it throughout your lifetime.

Accepting Fertility Awareness Coaching into your life means that you want to be aware of your body's signals in a way that most women never will.  It takes time and practice but will yield a lifetime of information.

2005 Note:  I have successfully practiced Fertility Awareness as a method of natural birth control since 2005.  In the fall of that year, I also began coaching women to use the method to achieve pregnancy naturally.

Summer 2008 UPDATE:  My husband and I are excited to announce that in November we are expecting our first child.  Without fertility awareness this conception would not have been possible. 

Fall 2008 UPDATE: On November 6th, 2008 my husband and I welcomed our daughter, Mali (Mah-lee) Marie Sipley into the world.
